I saw Dr Meriam Khawam for replacement of missing filling of one of my molars. Her administration of the local anaesthetic and the rest of the work was outstanding. She did not forget to examine and give me advice on my gum health which so many dentists overlook. Overall my experience was very positive.
I visited Dr Ankit Patel for ongoing issues with my sensitive teeth. I was extremely nervous and worried as I don’t visit the dentist often, but Dr Patel ensured I was comfortable throughout and explained the treatment in detail which put me at ease. Overall great service and really friendly staff.
First consultation went beyond all my expectations. Dr Meriam was not only pleasant but extremely professional and had answers and advice for all my points of discussion. No treatment done on this date but an overall assessment and I left the practice feeling I was in good hands.
If you have a toothache that continues to get worse, rinse your mouth with warm water, and if you can, gently floss your teeth to remove any food particles that may be causing infection. Over-the-counter pain relief tablets can often relieve the pain of toothache, but you must never let the pill rest against your teeth and gums as it will cause a burning reaction on your gum tissue. If you have severe toothache, you must get in touch with us immediately so that, in the event of infection, we can stop it from spreading.
If your mouth is bleeding due to an accident, hold a cold compress over the affected area for a few minutes. Sometimes, your gums can also bleed; you should see an emergency dentist as soon as possible to have your gums checked out.
